Hello you lovely soul,
I hope your day is going good!
Well, I just wanted to drop in and ask:
Do you get excited to see the colors of the sky?
Do you get happy seeing a little bird building her nest?
Does the site of an old aged couple walking hand in hand on road make you smile?
If yes, then, you are one of the few people in this world, who value of the little joys of life.
“The special ones” ;“The gifted ones”, As I would like to call you.
Why?
Because not everyone in this world have the super power to care for the simple things in life. People are so engrossed in their own lives , in their own life problems, that looking outside their own life seems impossible. They tend to find problems in almost everything around them.
But then there are the special ones, the gifted ones like you and me, who value the simple yet beautiful things offered by our mother nature in its truest forms, like the sunrise, the sunset, the different phases of moon, the soothing smell of mud after a rainfall, a simple home cooked meal, a flower blooming, hot tea/coffee on a chilly morning, smell of a new book and the list is endless.
So, if you are someone who relates to this, this ones for you,
Know that you are special, the way you care about the things and people around you is unparallel. The way you are mindful and grateful for these simple things even when you are experiencing the utmost low phase of your life, is a unique power that you possess.
You are amongst the few people in this world who are like sunshine in the life of others around you. ♥
Hold on to it and never let this quality go. The world needs more people like you :)
While we are talking about little things, here’s one of my favorite songs that uplifts my soul every time I watch it. I love how the video of the song captures the most ordinary and mundane day to day activities in the most surreal and uplifting form as possible.
Do spare sometime and watch the video, this ones for “you”,
P.S: Do write back to me on how you liked the mail, I would love to know your thoughts too.
Lots of love,
Anushree :)
